"Our firm, Yankton Area Progressive Growth, Inc., finished construction on a 40,000 square foot spec building in 2013. Soon thereafter we listed the property with a very well known national commercial real estate firm. During the following three years, the aforementioned real estate firm engaged with us on a very limited basis and followed up with only a few referrals.
