Marcus was very helpful in valuing our property for sale by doing extensive market research. Once we determined the asking price, he professionally marketed the property to key potential buyers. Once a deal was made, he followed through to make sure the closing went smoothly. His easy- going personality makes working with him less stressful and pleasant.
