Briana (Bri) Kacmarynski is a dedicated commercial real estate professional who joined NAI in July 2024. Originally from Brandon, SD, Briana now calls Sioux Falls home, where she lives with her husband Riley and their dog Ollie.

Briana’s passion for commercial real estate is fueled by her desire to build lasting relationships with clients and her commitment to finding the perfect facilities to meet their needs. Her sharp intuition for spotting opportunities, combined with a thorough understanding of the local market, positions her to guide businesses effectively in securing the perfect space tailored to their unique needs.

Briana currently serves part time in the South Dakota Air National Guard as an officer in Aircraft Maintenance. She has been deployed to Afghanistan (2018) and Japan (2024) and was a recruiter for the SDANG for three years where she received the Top Non-Prior Service Accessions Award, enlisting the most in the entire Air National Guard. Briana also served 8 years as a Munitions Systems Specialist, building bombs. During her time in Munitions Systems, she received Airman of the Year for the 114 Fighter Wing (2016).

In addition to her professional endeavors, Briana enjoys a well-rounded life outside of work. She enjoys being outdoors with her dog, going to the gym, volunteer coaching volleyball for Brandon Valley High School, and diving into a good book. Family and friends are central to her life, and she makes it a priority to spend time with them whenever she can.
