Craig has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years, specializing in the leasing, sale, and development of commercial properties throughout Sioux Falls and the surrounding area.
Education & Professional Experience
Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD. The first part of his career, Craig was directly involved in the development of a large number of office buildings, retail centers and land development. This background has given him most valuable experience. Few other brokers in the Sioux Falls area can provide this level of expertise. Craig has provided service to a number of clients helping him produce sales in excess of $10 million per year.
Craig has received the CCIM designation, or Certified Commercial Investment Member. Less than 4% of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate brokers in North America hold the CCIM designation.
