Her commitment lies in helping owners achieve success with their investment properties through strategic management, clear communication, and genuine care. In 2012, she was honored with the SDMHA Outstanding Property Management Professional Award, recognizing her dedication to excellence in the field.

Mandi is also known for giving back to the industry by sharing her knowledge with others. Most recently, she taught a “Safety Basics for Property Management Professionals” class at the 2023 SDMHA Conference.

She previously served as a Safety Manager for residential and commercial construction, where she focused on ensuring compliance, reducing risks, and promoting safe practices across job sites.
