Michael Martin joined NAI Sioux Falls in 2011 as our Commercial Property Manager. Michael managed over 700,000 square feet of commercial property before transferring to commercial brokerage in 2015. Since then he as represented clients on over $75 million of lease and sale transactions.

Personal
Michael grew up in Brandon, SD and now resides in Sioux Falls with his wife Ashley and their daughter, Johannah. He is an avid triathlete and a four-time Ironman Finisher. He recently completed 8 years on the Board of Directors for HorsePower, a non-profit organization which provides equestrian programs for individuals with physical, emotional and/ or cognitive challenges, and now volunteers time with the Lincoln High School Marching Band.
